Stephen Harrison

Stephen joined PLP as an Investment Associate in October 2025.
Prior to joining PLP, Stephen worked at GLP for c.4 years in the UK development team. Before that he worked at Cushman and Wakefield in their Specialist Markets team working across a broad variety of sectors, and JLL in their Affordable Housing team.
Stephen has a BSc in Earth Sciences from Durham University, and an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes. He has also passed his CFA Level 1 and 2 exams.
