James joined PLP as Project Director in 2026. He is part of the Construction Team, responsible for overseeing project and construction delivery across PLP’s development pipeline, working closely with colleagues in the Development Team.
James brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning both main contractor and consultancy roles. He specialises in delivering Industrial & Logistics schemes across the Midlands and South regions. Prior to joining PLP, James spent six years with leading consultancy firms, delivering major Industrial & Logistics projects on behalf of developers.
