Andrew Penny

Andrew Penny was appointed Independent Chairman of the PLP Board in November 2023.
Andrew is a senior figure in the real estate industry, with previous leadership roles in global investment banking, capital markets and equity research.
Andrew has served as senior advisor to the real estate corporate finance teams of Royal Bank of Canada, EY and Canaccord Genuity. He spent 13 years at JPMorgan, where he was a Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking, and an approved person of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Andrew trained as a Chartered Surveyor at Knight Frank, before moving to HSBC where he was an equity research analyst covering UK and European listed real estate companies and REITs.
