Hugh joined PLP in 2018 as Development Director. Prior to PLP he has successfully delivered over three million sq ft of logistics and commercial space across the United Kingdom. Hugh has 17 years’ experience in the UK Logistics and industrial sector in all phases of development from site selection, acquisition/due diligence, planning, construction and leasing.
Prior to joining PLP, Hugh held development positions at Quadrant Estates, Gazeley, Canmoor and Amazon.
Hugh is a Chartered Surveyor having qualified with King Sturge in 2001.
