Jonathan Maher joined PLP as a Development Director in January 2023 and has over 20 years experience in the industrial and logistics markets.
He has comprehensive experience in site acquisition, submission and securing planning consent, through to leasing and disposals.
Jonathan is a career logistics real estate specialist, having spent the past 9 years as a shareholder and Development Director at Bericote, heading the London office.
Prior to that Jonathan was a partner in the Industrial and Logistics team at Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years specialising in advising Occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and developments across the UK, most notably for Sainsburys and Indesit/Hotpoint.
Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor having qualified at Cushman and Wakefield.
