Matt has been involved in PLP since its inception and has been central to the evolution of the business.
Based in the Manchester office, Matt has 22 years’ experience in the UK logistics sector, developing high profile schemes across the North West and Yorkshire including Matrix Park Chorley, Liverpool International Business Park, Aero Centre Yorkshire and Port Salford (the UK’s first tri-modal warehousing scheme). Matt has been involved in the delivery of over 2 million sq ft of new warehousing space. Most recently at Port Salford, Matt delivered the 280,000 sq ft pre-let to Great Bear Logistics and the 50,000 sq ft pre-let to Rhenus, Matt also delivered L175, a 175,000 sq ft speculative development at Liverpool International business park that is currently under offer.
Prior to Matt’s time at PLP, he held positions with Redrow Commercial Developments, Allen Commercial Developments and WS Atkins, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
