PLP completes lease to Huel at 2m sq ft Milton Keynes logistics park

PLP has kicked off 2024 with completion of a 71,800 sq ft pre-let to Huel at PLP Milton Keynes. The letting, to the prominent food brand, represents the start of an anticipated wave of leasing activity at the 135-acre logistics park during 2024.

 

PLP MK is a brand new, modern business park environment offering market leading ESG credentials and provides a good fit for Huel, which is known as a highly innovative brand with social and environmental credentials at his heart.

 

The 71,800 sq ft unit is one of the 10 being delivered in Phase 1 at PLP MK totalling 1.06 million sq ft, in accordance with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) Carbon Net Zero standard. Units 1 to 5 totalling 920,800 sq ft are complete with the final 5 units currently under construction with delivery scheduled for late January 2024.

 

PLP MK is the first industrial and logistics business park of this scale in the UK to be delivered carbon net zero in construction and benefits from arguably the best leisure and amenities in the market. The business park environment and proximity to Milton Keynes City provides customers with an outstanding working environment.
