PLP Knowsley wins ‘Commercial Development of the Year’

PLP are delighted to have won the much-coveted “Commercial Development of the Year” award at the Knowsley Business Awards 2022 for their recently completed PLP Knowsley scheme, a 850,000 sq ft logistics development located on Knowsley Business Park and pre-let to Amazon.

The Awards returned after a three year absence due to Covid and the evening didn’t disappoint with hundreds of attendees representing and celebrating the best of Knowsley’s ambitious and flourishing business community.

Keith Wilson, who collected the award on behalf of PLP commented “we have been a keen supporter and sponsor of the Knowsley Business Awards for some time now and its great to see them return this year. Winning the award for our PLP Knowsley scheme was fantastic recognition for a game-changing development which has already benefitted countless Knowsley residents and businesses and will continue to do so for years to come.
