PLP has secured reserved matters planning consent for the development of a Grade A 700,000 sq ft logistics campus in the Goden Triangle known as PLP Nottingham. Ashfield District Council have granted reserved matters planning consent for the three-unit industrial and logistics facility which will be delivered speculatively and is targeted for completion in Q4 2027.
This prime Midlands site spans 65 acres and is located immediately adjacent to Junction 27 of the M1 motorway providing direct access to 85% of the UK population within a 4-hour drive time, with Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield conurbations nearby. The scheme will deliver three units, unit 1 totalling 459,000 sq ft, unit 2 totalling 69,000 sq ft and unit 3 totalling 172,000 sq ft.
