THE DEVELOPMENT
A brand new 425,000 sq ft regional distribution centre in Chorley, built for supermarket giant Waitrose.
Construction of the new 360,000 sq ft warehouse, 50,000 sq ft of offices and vehicle maintenance unit was completed in April 2012, and the facility became fully operational later that summer.
Location
Matrix Park, located between Chorley and Leyland, is only 5 minutes from Junction 28 of the M6, ensuring swift motorway access north to Preston and Scotland beyond or south towards the Liverpool and Manchester conurbations.
