PLP Wakefield is a two unit, speculatively developed logistics scheme totalling 311,355 sq ft on a 16 acre site constructed in 2021.

The development was constructed to Carbon Net Zero standards and incorporated numerous sustainability features including solar PV and EV charging points in the car park. The scheme was also future-proofed to enable full roof cover PV installation as well as underground infrastructure to enable all car parking and HGV parking spaces to accommodate electric charging points should this be required at a later date.

Both units were leased on completion to Amazon who now operate a regional ‘last mile’ delivery hub from the site.
