Ofei joined PLP in 2025 as General Counsel.
Ofei brings over 14 years of corporate legal experience with a strong focus on investment management and real estate. He joins PLP from GLP Capital Partners (now part of Ares Management), where he served as Head of Legal for Europe, leading the legal function through a period of significant growth while enhancing the firm’s compliance and governance structures. Prior to that Ofei was a corporate lawyer at Proskauer, advising on private equity-backed transactions and general corporate matters.
Ofei will oversee legal, compliance, governance, and risk management across PLP and its managed ventures. He will also take on broader operational responsibilities and chair PLP’s Risk Committee.
