PLP Launches L175
Following the completion of PLP’s speculative development at Liverpool International Business Park, L175 was formally launched yesterday at a breakfast event held on site.
PLP has brought forward the largest speculative development for a decade in Liverpool which is now complete and available for occupation. Having invited the North West’s Industrial Agents for a site visit, guests were shown around the 175,000 sq. ft. industrial and logistics facility after a short breakfast presentation.
Development Director, Matt Fitton, took the opportunity to introduce the scheme and also, following the recent announcement, introduced Jeremy Greenland and Neil Dickinson and PLP’s new ‘National Ambition’ messaging.
Located adjacent to Liverpool Airport and close to Liverpool 2, L175 is also the only Grade A unit in excess of 100,000 sq ft within a 10 mile radius of Jaguar Land Rover providing significant cost savings for JLR supply chain businesses wishing to relocate to Liverpool International Business Park.
As such, it was fitting that our guests also experienced a privileged insight to Land Rover with a guided tour of Halewood, where Range Rover Evoque and Discovery Sport are produced.
